I am extremely guilty for writing novels at times, when I only have a small area to explain something so hit HERE and you can read a little bit more about me.
If you’re not a reader, here’s the short version: I love teaching Pilates, and it turns out that I really like introducing humans to the amazing strength in their body that only True Pilates can show you and continuously challenge you. And I have been incredibly lucky to be trained, and then work under, with the best - Cynthia Lochard anyone?? (just google her), and I stay under the watchful eyes of my teachers - Zanzi Mann of Zanzi Mann Pilates and Lea Francis of Powerhouse Pilates, based in Sydney, both ensuring I stay true to the craft.
I am a Leo, I get told a lot that I am a super nice and an amusing person to be around and I feel incredibly lucky to be able to call Mint Pilates my baby.
